Our `Story`

Experience has shown that even the most diverse transformations in companies often have a few essential things in common. They lack a Why, a How, a What – and most especially the necessary conditions and elements to enable a team to implement challenges. That’s why Holger started thinking about making a change back in the 2010s. In the approach, in the establishment, in the execution. Founding Tioni is the logical next step.

The resulting business idea is starting to take on a more concrete form in 2019. The key USP compared to other consulting companies is clear from the outset: Tioni focuses on people and teamwork. It is about a wholesome, humane approach that forms the foundation for sustainable change in companies. The idea behind is as simple as brilliant: Give your team a purpose, a clear focus, and an encouraging environment and they can achieve anything.

Shortly after the foundation in 2020, this approach is introduced and successfully implemented among clients. The developed principles and approaches are transferred into an individual and sustainable concept and taught by a team of consultants and coaches with different experiences and backgrounds.

This has resulted in a network that continues to grow with increasing awareness and recommendations from satisfied customers and partners. Today, Tioni supports companies in agile transformations and builds high-performance teams across all levels in a wide range of industries.
