Your responsibilities
As a team coach / scrum master, the agile mindset is your top priority
You work closely with various development teams to support them in value creation, self-organization and collaboration
You promote ideas on agile thinking, collaboration and productivity as well as their integration into daily work and always lead by example
You enable teams and people to develop and grow in a flexible environment
You facilitate agile events and workshops and empower others to do the same
You coach developers, product owners and teams with a focus on autonomy, teamwork and communication
Your skills and experiences
You have a good understanding of agile values and principles and already have solid experience in developing people, teams and organizations
You combine empathy and your understanding of people and teams with the appropriate methodology to achieve goals
You have strong facilitation, coaching and team development skills and intuitively know when to intervene and when to give space
You are able to build trust and resolve conflicts effectively
You get things done, even in complex and unclear environments
Your previous experience and training are less important to us than the mindset you bring to the table
General conditions / requirements
Communication skills in German and English are essential for working with the teams
Confident handling of Confluence and Jira as well as Miro, which is our preferred tool for conducting e.g. retrospectives and workshops, required
At least 3 years of proven experience as a Team Coach / Scrum Master
Preferred workload -> at least 50% up to 100%
80% remote – 20% onsite
