We are currently looking for inspiring and motivated Team Coaches/ Scrum Masters for our clients, individuals equipped with the necessary expertise to gradually build new teams and develop existing ones into high-performance teams.
Your responsibilities
Embracing the Agile Mindset is your top priority
Collaborating closely with diverse development teams, fostering value creation, self-organization, and collaboration
Cultivating ideas around agile thinking, collaboration, and productivity, integrating them into daily work while leading by example
Empowering teams and individuals to grow and evolve within a flexible environment
Facilitating agile events and workshops, empowering others to do the same
Coaching developers, Product Owners, and teams, emphasizing autonomy, teamwork, and communication
Your skills and experiences
Strong understanding of agile values and principles with dedicated experience in developing individuals, teams, and organizations
Blending empathy and understanding of people and teams with suitable methodologies to achieve goals
Proficiency in facilitation, coaching, and team development, intuitively knowing when to intervene and when to give space
You are able to build trust and resolve conflicts effectively
You get things done, even in complex and unclear environments
Your attitude and mindset matter more to us than your prior experience and education
General conditions / requirements
Proficiency in both German and English is a prerequisite
Proficient handling of common tools such as Confluence, Jira, or Miro
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience as a Team Coach/ Scrum Master
Desired engagement: minimum 50% to full-time commitment
Typically 80% remote / 20% onsite arrangement
